Mousses need a resting time after being molded in the oven and this resting time can range from 1-2 months depending on the time of year and season.

What is your refund policy?

We back our mousses to go the distance, but due to the nature of the condition's mousses are placed under, refunds or replacements will only be provided if evidence can be shown that the mousse has collapsed or deteriorated significantly after following the correct installation guidelines. It is important to note that motorcycle mousses are prone to pre-mature deterioration due to incorrect installation.

  • If your mousse was not lubed, we will not provide a refund.
  • If there is damage to your mousse upon delivery, images need to be emailed to joleneihobegroup.com within 24hrs of delivery and a refund or replacement will be provided.
  • If your mousse was installed correctly and collapsed or deteriorated shortly after installation, please email images to jolene@ihobegroup.com and after an investigation of the mousse is done, either a replacement or refund will be provided based on our assessment of the mousse.
  • There will be no refunds provided for drilled mousses.
